Refunds & Cancellations Policy

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 8 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

  • you do not receive them within the guaranteed time (7 days not including 3-7 day processing)
  • you receive the wrong item
  • you do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused)

We do not issue the refund if:

  • your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by custom, delayed by a natural disaster, delayed because of a long custom process due to pandemic).

*You can submit refund requests within 7 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (7 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page.

Refund and Cancellation Policy for Polymer Clay Earrings Making Workshops in New Zealand:

Refund Policy:

  1. Refunds will be provided if a cancellation request is made at least 14 days prior to the scheduled workshop date.
  2. A 50% refund will be issued for cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before the workshop date.
  3. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the workshop date.
  4. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 10 business days of the cancellation request.

Cancellation Policy:

  1. The workshop organizer reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances or if the minimum number of participants required for the workshop is not met.
  2. In the event of cancellation by the organizer, participants will be notified as soon as possible, and a full refund or the option to reschedule will be offered.
  3. Participants may request to transfer their registration to another individual for the same workshop date and time. Such requests must be made at least 48 hours before the workshop begins.
  4. The workshop organizer is not liable for any additional expenses incurred by participants, such as travel or accommodation costs, in the event of cancellation or rescheduling.
